Dr. Smith is conveniently located at the Parkview Medical
Office Building at 1600 N. Grand Ave., Suite 540. This
location allows you the convenience of laboratory and
radiology available in the building. The convenience of
covered parking as well as free valet parking is also
available. If you need admission to the hospital or special
studies, Parkview Hospital is right next door, accessible
via the enclosed catwalk over Grand Avenue.
We offer exceptional care including same day
appointments for illnesses, hospital admission and care
at both Parkview and St. Mary Corwin Hospitals, and
complete personal and family healthcare.
